Check-in

  • You will need a government-issued ID to check in
  • You can check in to most hotels any time between their earliest check-in time and midnight
  • To request an earlier check-in time, call the hotel directly
  • Rooms booked on MoreHotels4Less.com are guaranteed for late arrival
  • If you will arrive after midnight, please contact the hotel directly to ensure they hold your room

Check-out

  • You can check out any time before the hotel’s check-out time on the last day of your booking
  • To request a late check-out time, call your hotel directly. If approved, additional charges may apply

Early check-out

Need to end your stay early?

  • If you paid for your hotel in advance, contact us for assistance
  • If you are paying for your stay at the hotel, call your hotel directly

Changes made to your booking during your stay could result in additional charges. To read your hotel’s Cancellation Policy, check your confirmation email or find your booking online

Pay online now or pay at hotel. Some hotels give you the option to pay online now or to pay at the hotel

If you choose to pay online now:

  • You can pay using a credit or debit card
  • You will be charged at the time of booking
  • MoreHotels4Less.com will process your payment in your local currency
  • You can cancel for a full refund before the hotel’s cancellation deadline

If you choose to pay at the hotel:

  • You can pay using a credit or debit card
  • You will be charged either when you check in to or check out of the hotel
  • The hotel will process your payment in their local currency
  • You can cancel for free before the hotel’s cancellation deadline

Whether you choose to pay online or at the hotel, you can pay using the following credit / debit cards:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Good to know

  • Some hotels require you to pay a deposit within 72 hours of booking
  • You cannot split your payment over multiple credit cards or payment methods
  • Taxes and service fees are not included in the room rate and vary by hotel, location, and other factors
  • If you pay in a foreign currency, your credit card company may charge additional fees. Check your credit card’s terms and conditions for more information

You can make the following changes to your hotel booking online:

  • Guest name, bed type, smoking preference, special requests, and accessibility options can be changed at no charge
  • Room type, number of guests, and travel dates can be changed, but your hotel may charge you for the change

Good to know

  • If you don’t see the option to change your booking online, give us a call for assistance
  • Before you change your booking, check the hotel’s change and cancellation policy in your confirmation email
  • MoreHotels4Less doesn’t charge for changes to your booking, but we must pass on any change fees that the hotel charges

Any applicable fees or rate differences need to be paid with a credit card.

To cancel your hotel booking, go to Customer Service

  • Sign in to your account
  • Otherwise, enter your confirmation number and pin
  • If you lost your confirmation email, enter your email and we'll resend

Good to know

  • MoreHotels4Less doesn’t charge for cancellations, but the hotel may charge you a cancellation fee. Before you cancel your booking, check the hotel’s change and cancellation policy in your confirmation email.

When you cancel your hotel booking, you may be eligible to receive a refund of the amount you paid, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking. When and how you receive that refund will depend on how you paid for your booking.

  • Your credit the card you used to pay for your booking within 24 hours
  • The credit may take 7 days to post to your account and 2 billing cycles to show on your statement
